Does this mean my dead Portland series wager would be graded a winner? I know this bigger than gambling but this is a gambling website. Also, we need better leadership in the black community. Where do we go from here. Athletes having this platform is a good thing but athletes have had a platform for quite some time and where has it gotten us. In the civil rights era, many of our leaders came from academia and theology (Malcom, NOI... Martin Christianity for example, respectively) These are the people with a captive audience in the community on a regular basis. Now days the church/mosque doesn't hold the same status in the community and many of our men/women of the clothe are too self-serving. So that leadership needs to come from sports and entertainment because thet have the platform to reach the masses. And none of these guys are up to the task. Lebron James is a good human being and a great philantropist but a leader of a people? The leadership of BLM is a joke. People like Killer Mike should be pushed to the front yet frankly, many in the black community no nothing of Killer Mike or what he's about.
TIME TO BRING BACK THE OBAMA CAGES!

Stump you need one eloquent black man who preaches non violence. The moment you get violent you’re not taken seriously. By no violence you will get sooo much sympathy and support from all races. If you get hit or arrested, no violence. No matter what anyone does no violence. Easier said than done I know but the only way. It can’t be a one day Saturday thing. Hit the pavement each week at a different large city and continue to do so until the powers that be get tired of you. You will get support from all races and be respected and through non violence real change will happen. Unfortunately there is nobody out there. Nobody who will take the arrests or beatings or abuse. He has to be from academia I think because he’ll have to be quick on his feet and have great verbal skills. White people will think ..... if this black man doesn’t have good pronunciation and sound white.

I have to believe you didn't mean there is no one out there & this person couldn't be a women because you said "he." Having said that, I would mention a couple of people who would certainly be up to the task.
Wes Moore is an Army veteran who is experienced in economics, job creation & social engineering. He is knowledgeable of the problem we are experiencing & wrote on the issue after the death of Freddy Gray in Baltimore. I believe he is qualified and respected in the country.
Ann Marie Campbell is a businesswoman in her role as an Executive VP responsible for 400,000 employees. One of her strengths is bringing corporations, employees & communities together for the betterment of all. No golden spoon here as she started as a cashier. She's a problem solver & excellent communicator at all levels. The boss & I had the opportunity to hear her speak once at a Home Depot shareholder meeting She's very impressive.
Ken Frazier is the CEO of Merck & has experience in public affairs & Merck's philanthropy across the country. He's busy with covid solutions now but he's a straight shooting Harvard educated leader.
Jo Ann Jenkins is the CEO of AARP who has championed change with volunteers & strategic business partners. AARP is a non partisan organization with a win-win philosophy that would be extremely beneficial to be the point person we badly need.
Someone like Warren Buffett, Michael Dell & Ken Chenault would also be up to the task IMO.

Not one of them is qualified. First off they aren’t hitting the pavement to protest. You think a CEO is going to protest all the time? Please. They also need the it factor and street cred to get the young blacks behind them. I say man because a women is too emotional and too easily intimidated physically or verbally. A man has to do this job. Nobody out there. Nobody looking to help his race over his own interests. Nobody.

“The worst enemy that the blacks have..... is this white man that runs around here drooling at the mouth professing to love blacks, and calling himself a liberal, and it is following these white liberals that has perpetuated problems that blacks have.
If the black wasn’t taken, tricked, or deceived by the white liberal then blacks would get together and solve our own problems. I only cite these things to show you that in America the history of the white liberal has been nothing but a series of trickery designed to make blacks think that the white liberal was going to solve our problems.
Our problems will never be solved by the white man. The only way that our problem will be solved is when the black man wakes up, clean himself up, stand on his own feet and stop begging the white man, and take immediate steps to do for ourselves the things that we have been waiting on the white man to do for us. Once we do for self then we will be able to solve our own problems’

That’s a good one. I completely forgot about her. She is tough. I don’t think she’d be intimidated by anyone. I look in her eyes I see a lion. Does she want it? No. She wants to fight the left. They’re easy targets. Fish in a barrel.
To fight for an entire race is a different universe. The responsibility of it is overwhelming. But she could be that guy. Not going to happen. But good choice.
