Not exactly. The Southern Poverty Law Center publishes its research and reports the matter to the public. From what I remember (this was roughly a year ago) it said something like KKK groups are decreasing but white nationalism groups were increasing at a rate that outpaces the decrease in KKK related organizations. So there's a net increase. And the biggest increase in white nationalism groups were closely aligned with the new President. So essentially there is a shift from klan robes and swastikas tattoos to the clean cut polo shirt wearing folks and those numbers are increasing.

I know exactly what she was driving at and so I'd like for a Republican to make a credible case on her behalf. Why do we need to change the demographics and curtail legal immigration? She can't walk it back. That's exactly what she was driving at and I said months ago on here that's why I never trust Republicans on immigration because I believe they simply want to make it as hard as possible for anyone to become a legal citizen. Prove me wrong and explain why she's correct in what needs to change and how Republicans are going to streamline the system to make legal immigration fair and reasonable. I doubt anyone can plausibly do it.

It's like when you're a kid, and you ask can a friend stay over, and your parents say it's not a good weekend. Maybe the house is dirty. Maybe there are family matters going on. We need to clean our own backyards, scoop up all the dogshyt, mop our own kitchens, vacuum our own carpets, pay somr overdue bills, before we worry about inviting over guest. Let alone, taking in borders.
For example, maybe we stop taking in foreign students into our University system. Do you realize how many east asians, indians, and middle easterns make up our college campuses? Maybe we close our borders to them while also working on closing the education gap. Do you realize how many of our doctors, our engineers, are foreign born or first generation. We're so busy fighting these imaginary white vs. black, liberal vs. conservative battles that we don't even see the writing on the wall. And don't think for a minute that our politicians care. Not even the right-wing America first politicians. All they see is green. They couldn't care less about if your pension will be worth a damn when it's time to collect it or if your kid is gonna go to college. These political parties have us fighting over which one cares about us and neither does. They only care about the rich. And i'm not just talking about those who are well off. I'm well off. Many of us in this forum are well off. I'm talking the uber rich. All you #MAGA folks, Donald Trump cares more about Hillary Clinton than he does you. Believe it. And all you bleeding heart liberals, the inverse of that is true as well. Hillary cares more about the Don, and rich people like him, than she does you. Remember....

I'm not saying i'm for stopping legal immigration completely. Hey, if you fell in love while living abroad and you want to bring your wife/husband here, go right ahead. I'm more speaking to cutting the political refugees we accept down to nil, making it extremely hard to get a work visa, making it extremely hard to get a work visa. Work visas should be limited to specialist in their fields, not seasonal help at some resort. Just my two cents.

I'm not saying i'm for stopping legal immigration completely. Hey, if you fell in love while living abroad and you want to bring your wife/husband here, go right ahead. I'm more speaking to cutting the political refugees we accept down to nil, making it extremely hard to get a work visa, making it extremely hard to get a work visa. Work visas should be limited to specialist in their fields, not seasonal help at some resort. Just my two cents.
