Yes, we got a hundy on the election to our favorite charities but I let you off the hook on the debate wager...

Family is all great with grandchildren going back to school next week. Fishing has been lousy because of all the storms.

Think about what you want to do for our veterans this coming Christmas. I was thinking maybe we can do some "special" requests because some are so easy. I remember one vet in Michigan needed a pair of size 13 sneakers with Velcro but the vet center wasn't allowed to purchase it for him directly. Another vet had her curling iron burn out & all it took was 15 bucks to replace it. If that sounds good, I can check it all out as we get closer to the holidays.

Be careful driving out there & remember to kiss your better half everyday before you leave the house.

For those who don't know what we are talking about & want to participate just let us know in here.

Earlier this year we chipped in bucks and bought clothes/toiletries/snacks etc for our veterans in Myrtle Beach, SC. We also paid for a catered barbecue lunch for the 1st responders at the Veterans clinic as well. Snorkel visited both locations & it was just a way for us to say thanks to our heroes. We plan on doing something similar around the holidays.

Don't be shy. Do something nice for someone you don't even know.

I applaud all of you.    It is refreshing to see humanity on a positive side.   As chaotic as new york has been, the local gin mill i frequent has been doing some similar things...  feels good paying it forward.... keep up the good work!!!!

of your party's affiliation. midnight and my self are totally on opposite on the political spectrum but we come together on supporting vets and first

responders. Put aside the differences on political views and show your support for the common good. Let's see how much you opiniated people can 

come together for a common cause. Yea, I'm calling out fubar, nature, kelly and deezy. what say you?????????????

Friendly bump to raise some money!

Fubah. Deezy and KellyM are extremely slow on the trigger when it comes to pulling a little money out of their pocket to do something nice for others! Where is fullblown?

This will be my last friendly,.respectful bump till the day before Thanksgiving. Let's begin to get in the Holiday spirit! The spirit of giving!

Over the weekend we had a fishing trip for amvets....caught some but no keepers....  middie,snorkel,Sundance... i think we all agree it feels great to put smiles on other people's faces....  btw I am a dinosaur,  last of the Mohicans with computers and technology.... have great healthy and safe day...
