So an dumb illegal unidentified President who hides his college records wants to track down guns and create smart guns on the one hand whilst on the other we can't see his real birth certificate and he has no interest in tracking who comes into the country? They can't even keep the water clean and drinkable or administer benefits or keep roads and bridges from crumbling.
