Full out looting.

After police foot pursuit of a wanted criminal, he turns around and opens fire. Police naturally shoot back.

I just don't know anymore.

When are the people of Chicago going to wake up,  and kick Mayor Lori Lightweight to the curb.  What a joke she is.  

It's not just the current Mayor. It's been every Mayor in Chicago for decades.

Getting the guns off the streets would be a good start. Repeat offenders need to spend time away. Gang bangers need to learn their are consequences for their actions.

No doubt Rush, she is soft as Charmin. In over her head.

2 weeks ago 3 cops got shot as a 4 time felon escaped custody. One was shot in the throat but luckily survived. The guy coaches my friends kids little league team.

Not too long ago another cop got hit at Madison and Karlov.  

Citizens are looting, and firing first at police. Where is the f*cking line in the sand? Where are the feds that Trump sent?

While I agree with what you say, I don't agree with "it's every other Mayor in Chicago for decades" Dailey would of had these looters wrangled up and shipped to Joliet in a flash. The ones shooting at cops would disappear.

I mean what are we talking about? Are any other city's experiencing blatant attacks on the police? And I'm not talking about shoving, punching or throwing rocks. This is attempted murder with a deadly weapon.

There is no respect for law enforcement nowadays, and the criminals know they have the upper hand right now with all the "defund the police" action going on right now..  "Defund the police"  has to be one of the stupidest things a society could do to its own law abiding citizens.   The actions only embolden criminals...

NYC is getting pretty bad these last few weeks.  In recent decades, NYC had a reputation for being one of the safest big cities in America.   Now, loser deBlasio doesn't have the back of the NYPD .  

The terrible pattern here is that many big city mayors (who are overwhelmingly DEM !!) do NOT have the backs of their own police force.  This not only emboldens criminals, but also the police force is less likely to engage in certain situations.  Think about it ;  even if their actions are justified in killing a black criminal in self defense, what they really want to do that ??

On Monday morning .,after looters again ransacked the Magnificent Mile..failed Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot attacked President Trump and told reporters the National Guard was not needed..

Crazy.

A jewler on Wabash who specialized in fixing high end watches and repairing/cleaning antique jewlery got hit for over 1 million dollars on Sunday night. The guy has owned the shop for 40 years.

A security guard at Clark and Illinois was shot by looters. I saw a 40 sec video of police trying to comfort the man before an ambulance pulled up. He was not moving.

I'm not making any of this up, or trying to make it sound worse than it is. But I don't think stuff like this is being reported nationally. Last time we had looting here, not 1 single reporter was on the ground to do a story. They only showed some helicopter footage.

If you kill more than a person hence the definition of a serial killer. Same gang members killing each other by spraying a park with children at basketball courts spraying as many as possible and yet can not be detected. We have a warden 100 miles away find a man who poached a moose to the bag of meat...huh?

Seems Chicago pd might need an upgrade... And maybe more than a person who can remember 4 whole words....

Believe it or not, the Hispanic gangs shined last time the looting happened. They stood strong and protected family owned business's from looters in all parts of the city. When gangs like the Spanish Cobras, Latin Kings, and old timer MLD's get together, no one got 20 feet from any Hispanic grocery store, restaurant, bodega or shop.

What scuffle gangs have between each other is an every day thing. Unfortunately there are innocent victims from time to time and that is horrible too. I'm not condoning gang activity by any means, but what they did last time to protect their neighborhoods was outstanding.  

I might of mentioned this in another thread at some point. Lori "defund police" Lightfoot has 2 squads parked in front of her place, and one in the back alley 24/7 for protection. I've been down her street and seen it first hand. Along with a bunch of "ladies" walking pittbulls.

I love the diversity though, honestly. Just wish people could get along better.

And we saw I am not refuting 2nd amendment to form a well organized militia to defend family from terrorists an gang can be defined in constitution. By these terms. Within militia there is leadership who bear responsibility if their sole aim is to protect and defend then it is constitutional. Of their sole aim is to kill as many innocents to make a statement clearly the definition is terorism.
