Says the party whose leader said no vaccine until at least April.

That quote was about distribution. There was no plan for distribution. Operation Warp Speed freed up money towards rapid development of vaccines. One of the major vaccines on the market, the first to hit the market, didn't even participate. Tell me, why exactly Trump should be given credit. What are we giving him credit for?
