Do we have a "rebuttal" after every State of the Union speech?
I don't know when this first took place but it seems to me that if we are truly the "United Sates" why is a rebuttal needed?
Instead of a rebuttal, why not a speech of concurrence demonstrating the support of our president & goals of the nation?
I believe that would send a better message to us all.

Well, how about instead of civilized rebuttal just stand behind the President and tear up his speech for all the world to see.
Then complain of tribal politics and division.

I remember when Pelosi tore up the speech of twice-impeached fascist leader of the trump crime family.....it was shortly AFTER the egotistical fraud had refused to shake her hand prior to the speech when she made the good will gesture first to offer a handshake.... Personally, I thought she should have lit his speech on fire........tit for tat is fair play...
Works both ways. Yes, if dems do it then republicans have every right to respond in kind .....and vice-versa.

we didnt know at the time that chump would b thrown out of the whitehouse by the american public then he would incite a violent insurrection and get impeached a second time and refuse the peaceful transfer of power
