yeah, I called them. I had an issue a year and a half ago. I did a transaction on my card, 5dimes told me they wouldn't do anything and I had to wait 30 days for it to be released. I went through twice so my card was in the negative. The card people said it went through and unless the merchant sent something to say it didn't they wouldn't do anything. So I lost my patience, got mad and they closed my account permanently. So yeah I can't wager with 5Dimes.
