Only a tiny minority chooses dismissal over vaccination. Lawsuits challenging mandates usually fail. Afterall, covid is a public health issue and not a freedom issue. Doctor Fauci says it could take many more vaccine mandates to get pandemic under control. Vaccine mandates have a long history of success.

That Dr Ruby, IMO, has no credibility. She said healthy 47 yr old died after second J & J shot. J & J is ONE-SHOT. People getting sick from handling vials is not very believable.

I will forgive her regarding the supposed 2nd J & J shot. Probably an honest mistake. I have to look into people getting sick by touching vials. Having said that. I do believe the pilot died in flight while vaccinated. I also believe a lot of vaccinated pilots and flight attendants feel sick while in the air.

Texas vaccine mandate ban puts politics ahead of public health. It goes against all public health data. Big businesses are ignoring Texas ban to protect employees and clients by following Biden vaccine mandate. For examples, Dell, Chevron, American airlines, IBM, Texas hospitals and Southwest airlines. Besides, federal law supersedes state law.
No evidence that Southwest airlines cancellations are related to vaccine mandate according to Federal aviation administration. Southwest airlines pilots association say they are not participating in any job action. Instead union blames old network problems. Whereas, company blames weather and air traffic control issues for cancellations.

The Union cannot "organize" a strike, it is in their contract. Individuals in mass numbers using "sick" days all at once may or may not have been coordinated....

Wouldn't doubt a pilot died in flight and it was covered up, won't believe it until more evidence comes forth. Both sides of this argument lie and withhold info.

SouthWest will NOT put employees on paid leave if not vaccinated.
SouthWest will accommodate and work with those whose CHOSE not to get vaccinated.

St Lukes Hospital in Pennsylvania requires those without immunity to be vaccinated. Those who acquired immunity by previous exposer will be granted a one year waiver and will then be re-evaluated. They DON'T NEED THE SHOT.
