Really, the way to deal with it is setting up hundreds of roadblocks in each state. Interstates, quiet roads, etc. Now everyone can leave earlier for where they want to go, but at the very least, we are addressing the problem.

I prefer not to have my 4th Amendment rights violated by something like stop and frisk. If you can really make a great case as to what constitutes a reasonable search under these circumstances, please feel free to do so. Apparently the Constitution only matters in certain instances.

as a white person in today's PC climate I am worried about this being applied to me because rather than it seeming racists the eventual outcome will be to randomly search people like TSA.
You have to understand that with people like trump and supporters I think a part of it is wanting to supersede the constitution while as we have seen on this thread, a lot of it is just igrnorance from a low information point of view.
So rather than admitting trump is wrong in supporting this policy that is in the direction of stripping Americans of constitutional rights through fear tactics and doing away with the policy, the answer will be to just not do it in an overtly racist way. So now everyone will be subject to stop and frisk as a "solution" rather than not instituting the policy in the first place because it would be putting common sense ahead of being a trump fanboy.
This is just the beginning to get a glimpse of what a trump America will look like folks
