In unprecedented war of words Kerry in in yesterday didn't mince words Russia bombing of a clear non combat in aid convoy is now the red line.
But not like other red lines drawn by this administration it is of course not to be respected. Problem Putin has is the election as both candidates can be described as hawks.
Putin realizes that by January he has to wrap this up. A new Russian carrier group has arrived in the theater. As Turkey bombs our allies in Iraq the Kurds and Russia.and.Syria bns our allies in Aleppo.
Russia is deliberately showing how weak Obama administration is.
Both Clinton and Trump will have no problem with a carpet bombing campaign as Kerry sets the diplomatic stage at the UN today talks.resume but without the diplomatic courteous behavior I think the straw for Kerry was when the Russians claim the convoy could of spontaneously combusted. This theater will be a needed distraction fr our domestic problems
