the Department of Justice already stated in 2005 that the President doesn’t have to physically be present or perform the laborious task of actually picking up a pencil to sign something that he approves .

For decades, presidents have been using autopen to keep up with mountain of paperwork. Courts have ruled president pardons don't have to be in writing. US constitution doesn't specify any limit.

The bigger issue with Biden was whether is was cognitively even aware of what all the autopen was being used for, of if he even authorized its use at all.

That's it in a nutshell. If Biden verbally spoke of who he pardoned, so be it. And the fact the autopen was used for so many documents besides pardons shows a pattern of use. If only selected pardons had autopens then those could be questioned. It was used all the time.

Constitution states that a pardon only needs to be accepted by subject to take effect. There is nothing in constitution that requires pardon to be in writing.

The use of autopen is not the issue here it's the use of a compromised president that should concern every citizen regardless of party affiliation. I'd love nothing more than to see Biden under oath describing for the court, in detail, the contents of each of the documents his signature was applied to. Good luck!
