Great news for each and every American family from Maine to California and from Alaska to the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. Each family will only spend an extra $3500 a year on gas and food. The new economy is so good that working class New Yorkers are waiting in line for food! Enjoy the great news! What will next week bring us?

People have stood in line for food for decades. It's nothing new. The middle class is blurred in my eyes. I know people who have money & those who don't.
Either you do or you don't.

The wallet of the American family continues to be blessed! Food prices in the last 12 months have only risen 24%. Thankfully for me the price of Sam Adams lager has not gone up at all! To all of the hard working New Yorkers who have to stand in long lines for food. I hope they are giving you fresh bread and a little butter! If you are very fortunate. You might receive a small packet of strawberry preserves! Next up on the horizon. A huge increase in the price of eggs. A bird flue is back with a vengeance destroying millions of chickens and turkeys. They will not be able to hand out egg salad sandwiches to the people in dire need of a healthy meal.

It just got worse! The very wacky Left has advice for pet owners. If you want to survive the biden recession/depression of 2022. Kill your pets is the advice from Bloomberg! Please! We have bread lines set up in NYC for hard working New Yorkers. Now we need food lines for pets! If they have not been started. We need an organization to start asking for donations of pet food so our loving dogs and cats can survive 2022 and beyond! I will be glad to donate a 40 pound bag of dog food to get the process started. If anybody sees information on this. Please post inside this thread. Thanks in advance!

https://news.yahoo.com/corporate-profits-surge-2021-184717178.html so explain this o wise one.
This is what happens when you shut down an economy, print money and give it away while only allowing large corporations to stay open during critical times. You think corporations are going to sit back and keep prices the same when the govt is handing out "free" money?
Can you find consumer debts over the last 2 decades to see how that's going? Goes hand in hand. Take a few minutes and look that up. That might give more perspective on the current situation.
Inflation is a form of taxation without calling it a tax. 5 points if you can guess who said this... "inflation is a great asset"

Then compare wages vs inflation over the last 2 years. Are wage increases keeping pace with inflation? (InFlAtIoN iS tRaNsItOrY...remember this quote that was given to us for months!?) Who is inflation really hurting, the lower class, middle class, upper class?
Most people haven't followed along because the gov't was giving them "free" money, but inflation (which is here to stay) will eat that away in a year and inflation doesn't show signs of going back down. So if wages are not keeping pace with inflation consumer debts will continue increase.

And by the way, there are multiple causes that create inflation. What you stated is one of them and another is when supply can not keep up with demand.

Correct, basis supply and demand. What do you think happened when the dems forced production to halt and then continued to print money and give it away? People consume when production is halted. Only large corporations were allowed to stay open which is why they have record profits (along with jacking up prices). Recipe for disaster. All part of the dems hand book to completely destroy our country and now the world all in the name of their own power.
Enjoy hyperinflation then stagflation.
