Rainey, 30, was still on active duty during last week’s protests. However, she had already been handed down an adverse administrative action for a separate incident and resigned her commission, an official told Army Times.
That was in no way Trump telling them to go and riot. You should put aside your personal feelings and look at it objectively -- I know it's hard, as you are a hating liberal.
Let me give you an example of what would make Trump guilty:
"Now go in there, storm the place, riot and cause destruction and mayhem."
Do you see the difference, where he's DIRECTLY telling them to do that -- where there is no other inference that can be taken from it? As opposed to what you said, in your quote of him -- the inference there could be to never give up right to peacefully protest -- yes, he did say that in his speech, but you conveniently left that out; or get Congress to do the right thing, as in lobbby for them to look into it and go ahead with the 10 day investigation of which he was calling for.
It's called actually telling or commanding them to the deed of rioting, causing destruction, etc.
If you need further proof -- look no further than Turley and Dershowitz, both of whom are experts in this field, are Democrats, and don't support Trump.
This is common sense, but I'm glad to point out the difference, to help you out.
I will say this, though -- Trump should have called out these people immediately and made a statement on it, as soon he it began and when he was in safe quarters.

BLM were damned and condemned because of all the rioting, looting, burning of buildings, businesses destroyed, innocent people, including elderly, were attacked, statues and monuments defaced and desecrated -- all of which went on all spring and summer, including that's still going on in Portland -- yet people like you still don't get it and refuse to acknowledge it -- no matter how you spin it -- it's all on video for your lying eyes.
