Trump documents case...DISMISSED!

In a win for law and order and our democracy, this is likely the first of the many unjust cases to be dismissed. Congrats and heal up sir. 

 It took too long. In an attempt to make it not look like a political lynching, the libs went outside the legal bounds to find a rogue prosecutor.

100% agreed. Let's see how long it takes for the other cases to be dismissed. I know they are trying to figure out how to twist the NY case to work for them. That's why they postponed the July 11th sentencing. I figure it's only a matter of time before it's dismissed as well. To be honest anyone knows they shouldn't have been brought in the first place.

 This is just more bad optics for Garland. Biden either can't recognize incompetence, tolerates it, or won't fire anyone he appoints because it would make him look bad.......probably a combination of all the above....or he's just crooked.

This practice has a 20 year judicial precedence started by George W Bush’s administration! The Trump administration appointed two special counsels in 4 years ? Where was Long Dong Clarance Thomas’s opinion then ? Purely political anything to hold the office ! Is there any doubt why Republicans will never will popular vote in this country!

yep or they do it quietly. That SS DEI hire should be toast, but likely won't be. Quietly Kamala Harris' team has been a revolving door. Also read where because of the rift between Biden and Obama, anyone with loyalties to Obama is either being kept away from Biden or let go. 

By the way, they've left up the duplicate thread now for 2 hours. I imagine our impartial mod won't be removing it as he has with previous conservative threads which he deemed duplicate or partisan. We will see. 

Other judges disagree with odd rulings by Cannon.  They think she is biased and incompetent.  Government may appeal.  Trump appointment of judges have undermined public confidence in justice system.

Hunter Biden will be happy with this bazaar ruling…….Then again in a week it will be constitutional again as it was for Ken Starr……But poor Richard Nixon is spinning in his grave, as is his nemesis, Archibald Cox.
  At least Jack Smith gets writes his memoirs, even if he has to do so from exile. It will be a bestseller at the expense of a Trump supporting judge who owes her position to Trump, who has obstructed justice in favor of Trump at every step without crossing the legal line for the party that appointed her…pure partisan back door ruling that the ordinary abiding citizen would have been put away for!

But the same can be said for judges like Marchand and others. This is similar to the 51 security officers and the 16 economist. You can find liberal and conservative people to criticize the other side, liberals have never had an issue lying. The fact remains these cases are largely based on partisanship simply to try and stain Donald Trump and keep him out of the White House. 

 Maybe Biden could hire someone that's competent. His weaponizing of the justice system has undermined the public's trust.

This administration is modern day titanic.  I will give joe props for his statement after the assassination attempt.   But who knows if he was sincere,  or doing what he does best ...lie.

He does the smarmy thing better than the lie thing in my opinion . I first noticed it during his cringey inquisition of my homegirl Anita Hill . From back in the day . What a waste of space lifer politician . He’s been riding the system like a fucking go cart he put together in his garage . He’s like a blank stare enveloped by a clueless aura . He’s the kind of guy that would fall down a well and think that somehow he got transported into hell and that’s where he now needs to remain and live out his days . God damn Joe . Put your foot down and stop eating it and call for help . The echo should carry far enough for one of your dysfunctional family members to hear it . That’s why I don’t like the guy . He smarmy bullied Anita Hill at that hearing . And to think that a grown man was uttering those sentences and making those faces while asking those questions . The feral cat that digs into my garbage can on Sunday nights has more personality than that gelatinous corpse posing as a stand up individual .
