Did you happen to see Biden attempt to answer when questioned on his opinion about the ACB confirmation? It took him 15 seconds of starts and stops with awkward pauses before he said that the confirmation hearing was happening later that day (it happened the day prior). He is simply out of touch.

Yes. He is out of touch because he has been hidden all summer and fall. Hidden because he is weak and frail. They are blaming it on Covid. It is clear as day to see what is happening and the majority of Americans are not stupid especially when it comes to spotting weakness. This election is plain and simple.
