He could eat less and exercise more, to lose 15 lbs., but that applies to about 90% of the American adult population anyway (myself included). For all intents and purposes that should have been the end of it.
The part that got me was that the media set aside one hour to cover a non-story. So, what did we get? Forty-five minutes of fishing for anything of interest to fill the allotted time slot.
If this is to be an annual thing I think the media should be pre-informed and warned there is no story. Then they could cut it to a half hour and avoid broadcasting drivel. Some of those folks should be embarrassed that they helped fill up air time that amounted to nothing.

Back in 2016 the left reacted with indignation and shock that hillarys health was a subject of discussion. Cnn (kirsten powers) was pushing a narrative that questions by the trump campaign regarding hillarys health were sexist.
