When does the bet get scored?

Pardon my ignorance, I never made a political bet on an online site before. When does the bet get scored, is it that night, is it when the state certifies the result, or is it when the new Congressional session in January start?

This is a long-term wager.  They must have served out at least half of the elected term. 

Most bets are scored within 24 hours (after the concession).

Thanks, brow. I know very little about political bets. Betting on Trump to win the republican nomination and the presidency were the only two I have ever made. I made a mint on those and many on this site are among those I owe thanks for it. It wasn't a bet made with heart. I just simply looked at what real people were saying, many of which were people on this site, and said to myself, "The media has it wrong. The polls have it wrong. This dude is gonna win." Even in the Bay Area. While folks in SF and the East Bay were arguing over Hillary or Bernie, a couple Redneck homies from the North Bay and the Central Valley were locked in on Trump. It was reminded me of when Arnold was running for Governor of Cali. The whole run-off election was a circus but in talking to people, all of a sudden it became clear that Arnold would win. The media doesn't know shyt. Talking to real people tells the real story.

Michael Moore was one of the very few liberals who constantly went on tv well before the final election and told everyone who would listen that Trump was going to win...he likely made a mint off of betting it to fund his next few movies...he just knew what the regular people in Flint were discussing in coffee shops, laundramats, gas stations...etc...these folks arent every properly presented in typically fake news polls.
