The Monroe Doctrine is a key part of U.S. foreign policy. President James Monroe issued the policy in 1823. It stated that North and South America were no longer open to colonization. It also declared that the United States would not allow European countries to interfere with independent governments in the Americas.
At what time do we favor Haitians over Somaliland. When do we favor Columbians or central Americans over Afghanistan nationals when will we vonsetrate on Americas our alliance here as vagabonds traitors to the crowns of Europe over those who live in the old world of kings and the bitches that serve em.
When can we state we the people of America are free people.....
