i have been trying to get some responses from you on several questions now for 2 weeks, you do not respond to my e-mailsd or to my posts, be a man and respond, why would a good organization like covers employ a moron like you

I have tried to get a 10 dollar credit from sportsbook.com for playing this contest for  about 2 months. Lou said send your info. I have sent it about 5 times and never got any- thing. THANKS LOU....

I have not responded because I haven't recieved anything from you by way of e-mail or otherwise. If you have questions and you need immediate answers put it in Covers Help where it will get seen or PM me as I check my PM box daily. I cannot be everywhere in the forum, or notice every possible post so please don't expect that will be a fail-proof method of obtaining assistance. Please pursue the methods I have outlined above.

I have yet to recieve anything from you as well. PM it to me to make sure I get it and I will inquire with sportsbook as to what is going on with that today.

I received an e-mail from you telling me that I finished 2nd in week 4 of the BetEd 25,000 pool. I replied 3 times to that e-mail that came from you, so I have a hard time beleiving you have not seen them. What my issues are is that your rules are not clear and have confused many players and I wondered how many of your 18 weekly winners (6 weeks now at 3 winners per week) how many actually were able to collect, my guess is maybe 3 or 4 and the reason is simple, the rules are not clear. Then I find out that as a canadian I can not open an acct with BetED and I would love to know where in your rules it states that. If you are going to run a pool it should be clear and this pool is certainly not clear. Please respond because I feel misled and cheated. Thanks

You are correct. BetED does not take Canadian bettors. That should have been stated in the rules. I think perhaps when the rules were drafted it was taken for granted that most user on our site are aware that ED is a primarily US book. Shoot me a PM and let me know what books you do play with currently, and I see what I can do to make it right.

Hi Lou,was wondering how long it takes to have my account at beted credited,I won a couple of weeks ago on the beted weekly nfl contest,thank you.

Did you open an account with betED and make a wager on NFL prior to the week that you won? Check the eligibility requirements as if you did not meet them it is unlikely that you will be awarded the prize. Shoot me a PM with your accout details and I'll ask betED to look into it for you.
