I knew there was going to be a problem trying to collect the full value of a winning freeplay with BP. When I first read the rules... along with others, we made comments on them and asked you to reply. The rules clearly state, to get 100% of the freeplay, all you have to to is have an account and have wagered $100 in real money prior to your winning week.

When I sent the email with the $300 freeplay info to BP, I only was credited with 25% of the freeplay. I then checked to make sure I had wagered at least $100 before my prize winning week... and I have.

I then called Richard to ask why I was only given 25% of the prize, when in fact I should get 100% of it. He replied with... "It's been a long time since I played and made a wager... they are in it to make money and want people who are playing with them on a regular basis and or who have made a recent deposit."

Rules are rules as far as I see it... and it says nothing about having to make a recent wager during the NFL season... all it says is "must have wagered $100, before your prize winning week."

Can you please look into this and take care of it, I'm sure Richard will be contacting you about it.

I should also add to be fair, Rich at BP said he would look into what rules have been posted. He said he might honor... key word being might... if the rules don't state it had to be during the NFL season. I have to say, he made me feel like no matter what the rules say, he is going to do what he wants anyway. And from what he told me... beings my wagers were not int the NFL season, no matter what the rules say, his words... "we are looking for people from covers who have been playing with us on a regular basis. We are in this to make money, not give it away to people who don't play with us on a regular basis. Maybe i'll give you a little more than the 25% I have given you, we will see"

I guess we will see.
