Prize Rules:

Grand Prize Overview:

• The Grand Prize will be awarded through a draw at the end of the Contest.
• Every time a contestant wins the weekly prize, their name will be added into the draw for the Grand Prize.
• The Top 5 contestants at the end of the Contest will also have their names added into the Grand Prize draw.
• As such, a contestant may have their name entered multiple times into the Grand Prize draw at the end of the contest.
   

Top 5 Prizing Overview:

• The Top 5 Prizes will be awarded at the end of the contest to the members who place 1st through 5th in the final Leaderboard standings.
• Winners must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below in order to claim their prize.
   

Weekly Prizing Overview:

• The Weekly Prize is awarded the Monday after the end of each week of the contest.
• The Weekly Prize is awarded to the member who places 1st in the Weekly Standings for that particular week of the contest.
•  Weekly Winners must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below in order to claim their prize.
   

Defeating Lou Prizing Overview:

• Any member who successfully places above Lou in the final contest leaderboard standings will be eligible for a $25 Free Play from JustBet.
• Winners who place in the Top 5 or win the Grand Prize will forfeit their prize for defeating Lou so they can claim the larger prize.
• In order to claim the prize for defeating Lou, winners must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements:

• All winners must have a registered JustBet account in good standing.
• To be eligible for the full value of the Top 5 and Grand Prizes, all accounts must have wagered a minimum of $25 or more at JustBet during the 2010/11 NBA Playoffs, otherwise you will only receive 25% of the prize value.
• Weekly winners must have a registered JustBet account and have made at least one wager at the sportsbook during the 2010/11 NBA Playoffs to receive full prize value.  *Your wager must be made any time before Saturday 1pm EST of your prize winning week.  If this requirement is not met the winner will only be eligible for 25% of the prize value.
•  Winners who successfully defeat Lou in the final leaderboard standings are only eligible for the $25 Free Play if they have registered with JustBet for an account.
•  Rollover required on all contest prizes. For example if you win the weekly $500 prize you will need to wager $500 x 6 for a total of $3000 in the sportsbook before you can request a withdrawal.
•  Only those users in North and South America and Caribbean are eligible to receive prizes. Only one account per household/IP address, multiple accounts not allowed.  ID may be requested by the sportsbook for account verification.
• Prizes are awarded as JustBet Free Play Betting Accounts
   

Tie Breaker Rules

For members who are tied with equal units:
(1) Winning percentage
(2) Total number of picks
(3) Member who made the first pick within the contest (time stamp).
