You know what I'm talking about. I'm surprised you didn't jump on the Redskins also, but then again it isn't until Monday Night and I'd expect the line to move a bit more in favor of Washington. They should be getting more than one point by kickoff.
While it isn't really cheating, it is somewhat disingenuous. As far as I can tell everyone in this contest succeeds or fails on the merits of their own picks.
What's interesting is that he's very overdue for a disaster weekend. I'll be laughing my ass off when he goes 1-4. Maybe you should take a few more picks.
Good luck regardless...and if you disagree with my assessment please respond.

It would be better if you made your own picks.

Wow, Commish, not sure where to start with this. I'll start with the intimation that I am "semi cheating" - my words, not yours. I suspect that you and I are not the only people in this pool who listen to sports radio. Unless you live in Chinook Montana and only have access to the local radio station, you are going to hear "experts" giving their opinions every day. From Frank Garcia to the LV wise guys. You hear their opinions, and it has to influence your thoughts. Unless your process is to put the teams on the wall, blindfold yourself and throw ten darts. Or flip a coin. Or use Tom Sorenson's rescued greyhound approach. If you look at my picks, you will see I don't always agree with Cowherd, and I have picked 10 games almost every week (I may have missed one).
In any case, maybe next year you should implement a "no listening to sports radio" rule. Not sure what you want me to do, but I am not going to apologize for trying to do as well as I can. And unless you do not have a radio or internet, I think everyone has the same resources as I do.
There is a long way to go, and there is certainly a fair amount of luck involved in this pool, but I wish you good luck. You do not know me but I am not a contentious person, and am only trying to have some fun!

A well-spoken argument. However - commish or not, as a player I reserve the right to call someone out on what seemed to be a case of blatant "piggy-backing" at the time. If you had stuck with only the five selections I might have had a better point, but you did not. I am not looking for an apology. My goal was to make it transparent.
Good luck the rest of the way.
