A few teams out there that already showed they suck this year after week one. Detroit, St. Louis, Oakland and I see Cleveland, Cincinnatti, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, New England, Kansas City following them. Tampa cannot score, was surprised they put up 20 against New Orleans. I like Washington this week though against New Orleans at Washington laying 1.

Atlanta +9 ... i was right last week and i am even more confident on this weeks game.
 
Garcia and Brooks are both questionable. Even if Garcia plays i'm still taking the +9. I will admit this is going to be a harder test on defense for Burner Turner. The Turner and Norwood duo is amazing. I cannot see tampa shutting it down though. For the Falcons on defense, look for them to match up muchhhh better against Tampas WRs. They are not no where near as tall as Johnson and Williams. Look for John Abraham who had 3 sacks on Kitna, to disrupt the passing game and shut down over rated Ernest Grham. When he's healthy he is one of the best if not the best defense end in the nfl. i'm VERY surprised this line is 9. I thought it would be 3 tops. I believe the Falcons will win this game outright. Tampa is not good enough to be giving 9 points out. Not even 3.

My book has Buc's -7.....No way it should be -9. With Garcia and Brooks ?able. However Buc's always play good in their house where the forecast for Sunday is a sticky 91 degrees which is a far cry from the birds indoor 72 degree nest ....... I'll take the hook for -6 1/2

classic NFL trap bet.............. I highly recommend not putting money against TB at home........ they dont' score alot, no matter who their qb is........... let's see matt ryan against a real cover 2 defense, not a swiss cheese defense like the lions........  TB can stop the run.... they hung with NO on the road and only lost by 4 points.... now they are going from drew brees to matt ryan?...... tb wins and covers in embarrassing fashion........ 20-3 final score....

UNDER anyone? I was thinking Atl for a little, but I can see this being a very low scoring game where the Bucs get a cover as it goes under. I think teasing the ATL up to +13 or +17 would be a nice bet, but i think the under is the biggest lock. Ryan won't be able to pass much, however I do think he will limit the turnovers that lead to quick scores for the other team. My book took the line down temporarily with the news about Garcia.

Looking back over the past seasons matchups I noticed that every single year for the past five seasons between these 2 teams, every year it has gone back and forth between over and under with both games from each year either being over or under. This year the pattern predicts under. Kinda funny...

Anyway, I have Tampa at -8 at home and love it. This is more about the Lions sucking balls then it is Atlanta being improved. This may be closer than I think but I like Tampa by 14.

Matt Ryan is going to face a much tougher defense this week...last week he looked okay (because they played an awful Det defense), but he had 161 yards passing and 108 of them were on two plays...not going to happen this week...and no way Turner busts out for another 200 yard performance...I'll take a veteran Brian Griese and a better defense at home...TB - 7 is my play...BOL to all!

Tampa is in trouble... i see Atlanta winning this outright... people are over-hyping this very mediocre TB team... and they won't even have Garcia in this game...
 
TB has a great defense, but they are about to get run over by one of the top 3 RBs in the NFL (no doubt about it!)... Turner will Burn this team...
