CHI +4.5 (1u) - With Darrius Heyward-Bey out and Ford gimpy, Palmer wont have much to work with. With Cutler out, the Bears will be running. CHI ranks near the bottom in run defense vs. Oak's 6th ranked running offense. Penalty yards and turnovers will be Oakland's undoing...i'm just sayin. Score: Bears 24 - Raiders 21.

If Jay Cutler were playing , the Bears would win this between 14 to 17 points. As it stands, they should still win by about 7, plus now I'm also getting points! Love it- Only in America!
CHICAGO + 4 (Major Wager!!)

So, your definition of "near the bottom" is #10 in the league, and also the only reason Oakland's rushing offense is ranked so high is because they can't pass for SH** - - and injured D-Mac was a key part of that rushing offense! But, I am giving you bonus points for taking the Bears anyway.....
Once again, people go into a panic when one guy goes down. If Cutler was playing, I think the line would be -4.5, not +4.5 - - but - first off, is Caleb Hainie at least a halfway decent QB? Yes? O.K. then, now - are Matt Forte and Johnny Knox O.K.? Can Devin Hester return some kicks? Are the All-Pros Peppers, Briggs, Idonije, Tillman and Urlacher able to give Carson Palmer fits?? Yes??
O.K. then, that's all I needed to know...........
Bears +4.5 - - Major "Wright" Wager - - some of you Bears fans will laugh at that.....

like the bears here to persevere and put a good defensive game together, i don't think Hanie will struggle he looked pretty good in that title game last year and i don't think he will have to do all that much in order for this team to be successful , I have to believe the raiders stack 8 in the box on most plays to try and contain forte and that will give the bears options downfield including forte , i can see hanie having a pretty good day if he needs to throw the ball and with this defense playing so well every week they are bound to grab a defensive score or 2 at some point , solid road dog here at + 4.5 i think they win this outright.

Actually, they're ranked #11 (for now) because of all the Thanksgiving games - total defense against the run - - but, we've both got correct stats and we're both on the same side here, so it's all good.....

Treading water so far today..let's have a good afternoon...how Cleveland scored 20 points is beyond me..we all know the Bungles are overrated but that was still a surprise, good call Browns backers. Added this one to the card..
