This chiefs team needs to get back on track in a hurry they have looked like shit from the 1st pre season game and if they throw in another clunker here it's gonna be a long season in KC , I think it's a bounce back week for a few teams this week but i don't think the chiefs win here but give a better effort , Lions defense looks scary and Stafford will exploit a week secondary i think the -9 is probably very accurate and is where it should be i think the lions cover and win 28-17

Charlie Weis departure is a huge tell here,similar to Parcells in Miami.
While Charles is a standout runner - he and the team did it vs a week schedule last year.
Suh predicted 16-0 record for the Lions- a bit optimistic perhaps
Detroit's Run D stops Charles forces Casell to throw on the road.
Lions ride Stafford's arm while he is healthy
Another 41-7 rout not out of the question.

The Chiefs lost Eric Berry their best defensive player pretty much. Lions in a romp!

I don't see the Lions losing this tilt. With that said, I still think 9 points by a team like the Lions, is a bit of a stretch! I also look for KC to rebound from an awful effort.

Lions will destroy KC in this game. Matt Cassel will be lucky to leave the stadium alive. Lions d-line will crush KC and I shouldn't even have to mention the loss of berry in a safety driven league. Good luck to KC to keep this within 20! Go lions

Lions must overcome a spread they have not faced for over 10 years that could bring pressure via new expectations.
However DET was 7-1 ATS LY @ home.

With Cassel hurtin' n' O' Line strugglin' KC's success lies on J. Charles havin' +20 carries .(Only had 10 carries LW)

However LIONS D held TB to 56 yrds rushin' which could set  KC aerial battle com Stafford who will follow BILLS Blueprint when Fitz tore up CHEFS secondary LW.

LW Stouffer tossed 300 + 3 TD's.
Same numbers appear likely to happen this week.

C. Weiss n' Cassel were in total comfort communicato zone last year. J.Zorn callin' plays may take time to gel with Cassel n' with O' line strugglin n' absence of Eric Berry ,LIONS should win by DD.

I wouldn't trust the Chiefs to cover 13 points on the road against Detroit the way the Bills killed them on their home field.

UH OH! My line just dropped from -9 to -7.5.........This does not look so good anymore. BEWARE, thought lions were easy money, but vegas just scared me off. Too bad I'm already locked in!
