I just don't see how the Bengals slow down this Steelers offense, especially considering the injuries in the Cincy backfield. Granted I did believe Dalton will get his share of points, but in the end the Steelers should win this. Their backs are against the wall, so I think they're the hungrier team.

I do not understand why this line is going down and people are betting against Cinn? They have covered every game but 1 loss and 1 tie! I could see old Ben having another of his not so great days.

The Steelers are in a dog fight to get into the playoffs
so I think they will be real focused in this matchup…It is tough to invest in Marvin Lewis and
Andy Dalton as those Two Stooges always seem to come up short when the lights
are at its brightest and it makes it even tougher to invest after watching BIG
Ben and Antonio Brown easily go up and down the field last Sunday night in
primetime against a secondary that is better than the Bengals secondary. However, with the Steelers remaining schedule,
barring injury to BIG Ben, 2 – 1 is a LOCK with a real possibility of 3 – 0 going
down.Bottom-line, if the Bengals don’t
handle their business today, a first round no later than second round matchup
with BIG Ben is inevitable. While Marvin
Lewis, Mike Brown and the rest of the Cincinnati brain trust will never be
confused as being the sharpest tools in the shed, I am sure they recognize the
aforementioned and would prefer this be the last time they face Pittsburgh this
season…In other words, I am sure the
Bengals organization wants NO parts of BIG Ben and that high octane offense in the
first round of the playoffs PERIOD (i.e. in a win or go home scenario).
With that being clearly stated, put me down for
Cincinnati minus less than a field goal (2.5) at the house AND Under the Total
(50) for a Nickel apiece please.Thanks!
How is any of this analysis relevant? Based on multiple posts you have already made, the breakdown of the game should be based entirely on which team the Wise Men have decided to fix. You can't use team logic, motivation, player skills, past performance statistics to determine the outcome of the game -- if none of that really matters right?
By the way, I am betting Cincinnati because I think they are the better team that will cover the spread. My decision entirely rests with my analysis of relevant past performance and has nothing to do with outlandish conspiracy theories. If I cover, great!

You probably should have reevaluated your analysis. The Steelers playing the best offense than anyone in the NFL by large margin, and the came into This game winning 11 of the last 13 in Cincinnati. How anyone could bet on the Bengals in this matchup was beyond me. It was Steelers or no bet at all. At the over was the best bet if the day outside of the Seahawks minus the spread.
