My selections are based on the value I find while shopping the odds. I spend quite a bit of time comparing odds from site to site. Multiple times I have seen matchups where one book has one guy as a favorite and another book has him as the dog. Unfortunately they are usually priced so you can't middle them. This happens mostly in daily matchups after the start the of the tournament. This is where I have been having my best results. There is so little time for the books to adjust. Acting early, one can spot price differences of up to 30 cents between the books. I can't always take advantage because I can't get accounts at these books but the information they provide has value.

The fact that Sergio has flipped from dog to favorite since I bet him has me feeling pretty sharp. He has had a choppy year and a poor record in majors. We will see.

I also found value in Thomas -115 while other books had him at -135, -140.

Jon Rahm -110 over Rory McIlroy

Other books have Rahm at -130. My book also limited the bet to $275. First time that has happened.
