Ryan Fox -115 v Victor Perez

I honestly don't know much about Perez except that he is a Frenchman named Perez...who'd have thought!

He was T3 back in November in Hong Kong in a weak field.

But he is #129 in OWGR and is 26 years old so I guess he is an up and comer.

But Ryan Fox is a solid 31 year old player who is #94 OWGR.  He has played well in some majors and has played well here in the desert

2018 T32 at -7

2017 T19 at -8

Maybe Perez is the real deal as he was #3 on the Challenge tour but now he is with the big boys. 

Gonna make a small play on Fox

Just to add to my thoughts on Fox being solid and having played well in majors, I just looked it up and see he played in 3 majors in 2018 and made the cut in each

PGA T27

British Open T39

US Open T 41

And Fox makes cuts.  He has made 20 of the last 22 cuts and the 2 he missed he was on wrong side of cutline missing cut by 1.  Fox is solid and has a good history here.  I think I'll bet a little more and make this a moderate size play

In retrospect this one should've been pounded.  Fox is a damn good player.
