Only been betting golf for the past 3 weeks so take this info at your own risk.. But as one who likes to see the team win.. I thought I would pass this on..
Last three weeks I've put $100 down, $25 to win on 4 guys. I really didn't have much of a clue who to pick each week so I went to pgatour.com and looked at who the "experts" like. I check this site often to help with my DFS lineups.
Last 3 weeks..
Wk1. Lost with sneds in playoff
Wk2. Won with sneds (+$300)
Wk3. Won with Mats (+$550)
Plus $850
Now the past 3 weeks there has been more then 4 guys the experts like so I tossed out low odds guys, unless they are multi-picked.
This week it's..
Hahn. $25 to win $2000
JB Homes. $25 to win $400
Walker. $25 to win $400
Spieth and DJ were also selected by experts but I don't like there odds so I tossed them. I added NA ($25 to win $1000) because I like him in this spot and the odds were juicy.
Hopefully I didn't just put the big jinx on myself.. But then again you can't win them all, especially picking 4 pro golfers out of a packed fields each week! Good luck to all!
Final note.. For those golf nuts like myself.. Pgatourlive on Apple TV is worth every cent! Love the featured group action on Thursday and Friday! As a stay at home dad it's a nice option during nap time!! Like to hear the player caddy interaction.. On a side note it makes playing some 1st/2nd round matchups fun.. Seeing every shot.. So I took spieth -.5 round one over DJ to win $70.. Keep Thursday fun..
