I usually do not lock in plays this early in a week but I do not see any reason what would stop me from playing these match ups. The weather is an unknown to me at this time but I like the prices...
Happy Harrington +105 vs Patrick Reed- Harrington won this event at this course back in '08 and he played well last week on a links course. He has this Happy Gilmore swing going right now but it is working for him. He will be entertaining to watch... I see no reason to not play him at plus money vs Reed
Sergio -125 vs Rory- Sergio has had an excellent season so far and really seems to be in a happy place. Rory pure and simple is flat out struggling. Links golf exposes weaknesses and clearly Rory has some issues right now...
Henley -140 vs Bubba Watson- I have been a Henley fan for awhile now and I simply cannot trust Bubba in these types of conditions. He likes to work the ball both directions and if the wind is going to blow like I think it might, I think he will have problems... I have not been on the auto fade Bubba bandwagon of late but I have cashed a few times against him. He seems to be slowly coming around and playing slightly better. I think his issues are between his ears... I think he is worth a play against on a links course.
I may have more plays later in the week but I have locked these three in so far. Best of luck guys!
