Big Al,Love your picks and all....I really liked last week when you gave a brief summary of your reason for liking a matchup...if you have the time, could you say pick your favorite two matchups and do a writeup like you did for sergio and bella?last week was tough...watching 3 of our guys sit on the sideline at one under sucked, especially when furyk got to go out the next day and shoot under par to make cut.  zachs collapse was hard as well.  but the worst was watching our boy post the 9 on hole 17 after he got into it, and i was dreaming of the  big payday if he won.thanks for your picks.

Dustin v SpiethI don&#x27;t like where Spieth is at.  I think he&#x27;s concentrating way too much on his brand, and his business of the course.  Missing the cut last week was inexcusable, plus he doesn&#x27;t have a great record here.Zach v KoepkaI think Zach is consistently underrated.  He was in contention last week until he shot an 80 when the course turned against all the afternoon guys.  Delaet v DeChambeauThe rookie has never played here.  He loves studying golf courses meticulously and knowing where to play every shot.  He had a great plan coming into the masters.  Problem is he&#x27;s missed the last 2 cuts cause he doesn&#x27;t know the courses as well.  I like Delaet and his 22, 7, and 10 finishes here the last 3 years.Vegas v AphibarnratVegas is in a nice little groove making cuts.  Aphibarnat is inconsistent... you never know what you&#x27;re going to get week to week, and Vegas has played here 3 times and made the cut all three times.  Aph has never played here.Harman v RodgersHarman has made the cut the last three years.  Rodgers played here once and missed the cut.  Plus Rodgers has made the cut once in the last 5 tourneys.Hadwin v Matt JonesHadwin has made the cut the last 4 tourneys.  Jones has made the cut twice out of the last 8.  Also, Jones has missed the cut here 3 out of 4 times.  Fading Jones here.Molder v GloverGlover has only played here once a few years ago and missed the cut.  Molder much more experienced here.  Molder also has 3 top 12s the last 4 tourneys he&#x27;s been in.Hoffman v SchwartzelTaking a chance here that Charl is rusty since he hasn&#x27;t played in a while.  Hoffman finished 2nd and 8th the last 2 tourney&#x27;s here.Knost v KeeganI love fading Keegan this year.  Knost doesn&#x27;t jump off the charts, but he&#x27;s made the cut 14 out of the last 15 tourneys.  Keegan has a good history here, but I&#x27;ll take the guy with momentum here.I really try and stay away from saying my favorite picks cause those always seem to lose when I elevate one over the other.  I just pick what I like and hope to have a winning record at the end of the tourney.And yes a couple of those losses last week were brutal.  I try not to dwell on the bad losses.  I look at the bets and see if I made a mistake in the thinking behind the picks.  That&#x27;s just bad luck with the Furyk and Zach situation, not bad thinking behind the picks.

Lahiri -110 vs Senden and Walker +110 vs Woodland

Jimmy Walker being a Texas native really wants to do well here. T2 in this tournament last year. Woodland is making a bunch of cuts this year but really is not contending. I think the wrong guy is favored here.

Lahiri is an up and comer in my opinion with a pretty bright future. Senden is fade material to me. I think he is on a downward trend in his career.

^^^^^^&#xD;&#xA;Apologize for using your thread but....I spent entire yesterday afternoon at Nelson following Spieth 3 some (  Jimmy Walker &amp; Jason Duffner) observations..&#xD;&#xA;Jordan is a youngun&#x27;..looks and acts all of 22.. has a semihot girlfriend and his caddy is a real asset..saw him make all 7 birdies....CONSISTENT....very upbeat, talkative, smiled..no wonder everyone likes playing with him....LOVES Golf and it shows..&#xD;&#xA;Duffner looks totally different now that he got his haircut and has lost considerable weight....him and Jordan get along..&#xD;&#xA;Jimmy Walker is a miserable SOB...never smiled, gave gallery major crusty looks..was rude to others in his group.. body language very very negative...think I was step in step with an older woman that was equally miserable..so I guess I can&#x27;t blame him if that what I was going home with tonight...Jordan couldn&#x27;t stand playing with him..&#xD;&#xA;The SUPER group ahead of him was awesome...Dustin Johnson, Zach J. and Steven Browdiwich?? DUSTIN is the MOST MONSTEROUS ball striker of all time..saw him hit driver and 8 iron on 557 yd par 5...unreal and unfair..very very laidback..&#xD;&#xA;Zach Johnson can scramble...very entertaining to watch play too Steven cat was solid too...saw his eagle on 16..Good player and great grouping..all got along..&#xD;&#xA;Also caught rookie phenom Bryson Dechanbeau out of SMU...wears Payne Stewart cap...punk rookie....too bad they don&#x27;t have PGA hazing..he deserves it...Kid is going to make an absolute killing on PGA tour...future beast..keep an eye on...he&#x27;ll make you some $$&#xD;&#xA;Last but not least..even though it rained early yesterday,,2 hour delay..I really felt sorry for so many players that had almost no gallery..2, 3, 4 people at most..even us following Jordan numbered 300/400 at most..Great day to go watch golf which I&#x27;ll always treasure.. Hopefully any of this information helps future wagers and provides some UPFRONT  insight of what I experienced Thursday at Nelson..

I am really disappointed with Walker this week. Lahiri has played decently but has had a few blowup holes which have cost him. My two tournament bets look like they are losers...

@allangrrbs You were right on about Woodland. Hopefully you pull out a profit on your wagers...

I am adding a 4th round bet:
Cauley +100 over Wilkinson- Cauley seems to be in a good place mentally and I think he will contend for the top spot tomorrow. Wilkinson is coming off a 63 Saturday. Great round but generally a round that low usually is followed up by a much higher round. My guess is Cauley with a 66 and Wilkinson with a 69. Just betting a half unit... Also had a stong lean to Marino over Crane but laid off.

Spieth -155 vs Koepka &#x2B;135So tempting to take Koepka Koepka shot 65 64 65Spieth shot 67 yesterday having troulbe with his tee shots.He pushed everything to the right and hit the ball in the water and still shot a 67.One thing with Spieth, he struggles and still competes to win.Is this a trap bet if I take Koepka?

Great week for you looking forward to see who you like next week. Not the best of weeks for me. Reflecting back, I thought I was on the right side of both tournament plays. Jimmy Walker made absolutely nothing the first two days and Lahiri did not play to my expectations. Wilkinson shot one better than I thought he would. Cauley was a bad play but still rooting for the guy with his medical issues. Down the line I think he can be solid. Again great week by you. Good luck next week!

@Broncodevil- you were spot on with your thought process on Spieth. My concern with the bet was Koepka. Both guys played so poorly the last round. Spieth looks completely lost out there. Great call though hope you cashed...

nice work....i missed out on hadwin/jones....my book did not have that matchup....some how they paid me on zach johnson koepea matchup...so i had you at 6-1-1....fantastic week.  you da man.  i needed it.keep up the good work and thanks for the statement about each matchup.  that makes me feel better about laying the bets at least.spanimal
