wanted some of Day and Rose. Day isn't worth it imo, so I am going to put $75 on Rose and hope Jordan doesn't play great and Rosey gets by Day. I am pulling for Day though, he's a good dude from all accounts. What are you playing Mr Rat?

Because Spieth can lose the tourney to Day by a stroke and still win the matchup. Also if they go into a playoff he wins by 2 strokes, he can still lose the tourney and win the matchup either way

Rose or Day would be my selection.  Spieth has a weird tendency to tug a few left at times on the driver.  So far when it's happened, the ball has ended in decent positions. (He hasn't had to do a lot of hitting out sideways like Day or some others from those weird bunkers)  

Gut instinct says Day gets it done, that win at the RBC is what he'll need to do here down the stretch...hit it straight and get aggressive.

can NOT be overly aggressive @ Whistling Straits. course can really punish a golfer that makes a mistake. look at Jason Day in that pot trap Saturday. also my boy Danny Lee. he shoots bogie golf his finishing five holes of the 2nd round re-start early Saturday to blow himself out of contention

biggest Sunday play is $200 on Jordan Spieth +175 as pretty much a "hedge" because I had Jason Day @ 12-1, Justin Rose @ 25-1 and Branden Grace @ 60-1 pre-tourney. threw $20 on the FIELD 50-1 (the Westgate gave give me Rory and all the 8, 7 & 6 under guys on one bet?)  and "to win a dime" on Dustin Johnson @ 40-1, Tony Finau 60-1,  Matt Jones @ 100-1 and Anirban Lahiri @ 200-1

nice, you should have a good pay day one way or another. Can't wait to watch it all play out. These late late tee times are crazy. It was after 4 before the last pair tee'd off yesterday. Last year they got caught in the dark and there was a little controversy. Hope this finish is as good as that one.

well fukk me. Jason Day actually the WORST result I could have had. had $625 out on player bets and get back $360 on Jason. over-unders save me with Day, Speith and Rose wins for $515 BUT lost Bubba Watson top 20 as he finishes tied for 21st. Speith also cost me a 4 player "quads" parlay of him, Rose Furyk and Streb $10 for $1048 plus the Saturday $200 +175 Spieth to win bet

on to the Wyndham Championship @ Greensboro

The golf market is set at Westgate.  Jeff Sherman is the guru of golf odds.  If you think something crazy golf wise is up at the Westgate, think again, it is you that is crazy.

do NOT doubt his abilities BUT some of the odds looked pretty high as the final round showed. anyone REALLY expect Jason Day OR any other golfer even Jordan Spieth to shoot a record 20 under par @ Whistling Straits? throw out Jason's -20 and Jordan's -17 and you have a more normal winning score and 9 golfers wicked close.

btw, I have seen some large differences between odds almost weekly @ Westgate Superbook, William-Hill and Cantor Gaming the three golf books I use. have to REALLY "shop" them before betting
