I think Grillo is a bit overrated and hasn't played this course. I like betting against guys with no experience at a course.
Molder -115 v English
Riding the hot hand of Bryce Molder here. When a golfer starts putting together great rounds like Bryce has recently I'm just going to keep rolling with him.
Weekley -110 v Dechambeau
Boo is playing really nice recently. Dechambeau was the Masters darling...but he's got 3 straight MC's. Fading the rookie.
Walker -110 v Snedeker
Something isn't right with Snedeker. He's missed the cut 3 out of the last 4 tourneys. Not sure if he's hurt or just in a funk. But I'm happy to fade him now.
Knost -105 v Haas
This one I'm most nervous about, but I can't deny how good Knost is playing. Haas could win this tourney, but he could also miss the cut...neither would surprise me. Knots should continue his recent trend of great rounds.
Hoffman -110 v Zach Johnson
Zach has been ok, but not great. Hoffman has top 10's and top 20's recently. Zach is hanging around the cut line the last month, and Hoffman is contending for wins.
We went into much more depth on these matchups on the podcast.

Best of luck with your plays this week. I am going to lay off tournament plays due to the weather issues. Looks like rain and thunderstorms Thursday and Friday. I agree with you on the Molder play. Palmer over Furyk caught my eye. I think fading Furyk makes sense until he shows that he is ready for this level of competition after his injury. Kizzire over Stricker looks tempting as well. Perhaps play a few matches in the 3rd and 4th round after the weather subsides. Again good luck!

@alangrrbs I am curious about the podcast you mentioned. Is it a weekly event?
I am surprised that Cink is playing this week. Even more surprised they put a line on him in the second round. Last minute decision to play this event due to his wife's medical issues. I wish them all the best but I cannot imagine how he can be focused to play. I am not a Hadley fan but feel compelled to make a bet here based on Cink's unfortunate situation.
Hadley +100 vs Cink 2nd round matchup play for me
Good luck all

Well, I run a video production company and I'm always looking for new content. Did some research and found there's really nothing out there for Golf Betting in terms of podcast. I tried listening to some of the other golf podcasts, and I really couldn't find much that interested me. So one of my gambling buddies and I recorded a couple test podcasts to see how they came out. It's called, "The Golf Betting Guys" (real original I know), but it's just a trial run to see if I think there's something that could be long term. We record every tuesday afternoon/evening so I can get it posted to iTunes by wednesday morning, but the problem is the books don't have all the lines released. So there's a lot of logistics I'm trying to figure out, but we will keep doing it for a little bit and see how it goes.
I really wish Covers would bring back their online show Vegas Sportsday. I thought it was really good, and wished they could've kept going with it. At least keep it in Podcast form because I know recording that live video must've been a pain in the a$$. Don't know if anyone has any insight as to why it isn't around anymore...

His is pretty good...I haven't heard any of them doing matchups though. They all concentrate on winners and draftkings. There's a couple of other things I want to add to it...more humor, funny segments, etc. We're still working on it though. It will take some time to see if we got something. I like some of the early ones we've done...i think it has potential.

Alan from your golf knowledge I think you should give it a go. Thx for posting these winners.
From what I've learned over the years, and in the current landscape of TV, online, podcasts, webcast, etc...a podcast like this not only has to have good picks, and good information...but it has to be funny and entertaining. It's as important as the info and picks. And that's what I think some of these podcasts fail to do. So that's what I'm trying to concentrate on. How to present the picks and information in a way that makes people laugh and be entertained.
