Hey Guys
Last year was my first year participating in the Golf forum...everyone was great, and I look forward to participating again. We do a fantasy golf league every year...thought I'd post the info so anyone interested can join.
It's through yahoo...Pick 2 A golfers, 4 B golfers, 2 C golfers every week...every day of the tourney you start 1 A golfer, 2 B golfers, 1 C golfer. However, you are only allowed to start each golfer 10 times a year.
There's no minimum or maximum on how many guys can join. We do $30 entry fee...15% of the pot goes to the 1st segment winner, 2nd segment winner, 3rd segment winner...55% to the overall winner. Funds are collected through leaguesafe...in the 4 years of the league, every winner has been paid properly. Segment winners are paid at the end of the segment not at the end of the year.
First tournament starts on January 3, so get in soon if you're interested. Every segment you are allowed a mulligan...which means your lowest point total of the segment is taken off. It's a great group of guys...some pretty knowledgeable...some just doing it for fun. As of now there are 16 guys entered and paid up. Each year by the first tournament there are normally between 25-35 participants. If anyone has any questions let me know...I had a blast doing the contest CMJohnson put on last year for everyone...thought I'd share this league with everyone in the forum.
