I've learned a lot this week-juiced up favs aren't very wise especially over time...Tiger and Scott today, Phil many times...
Also, when you hear almost every media guy lamenting some trend like Rory on Friday-you might want to take him not fade him? Everyone had Le Bron going back to Miami too...best time to buy stocks is when there's fear in the streets...
Am I missing something?

Ya the way Rory McIlroy is playing he will probably "run away and hide" to win going away. unless he has a"blow up" round Saturday just do NOT see anyone catching him

If/When Rory puts 4 rounds together (Something he hasn't done in a long time) He's virtually unbeatable. He hits his 3-wood like a driver. And has one of the highest ball flights on tour. With virtually no win, he has the ability to land the ball softly on these hard greens. An advantage few others have.

That being said, he had a stretch of 4-5 holes today with 1-putts. If anything is going to falter it will be via the flat stick. And if he gets stagnant at all. DJ has the length to throw in an eagle on a Par-5 and make up some serious ground. Weather could play a role, if Rory slips even a bit with an even par round or +1 or +2 on Saturday. He's going to bring a lot of guys back into this tournament.

that's all well and good but my point was he was a great value play today with all the noise about his Friday #'s-I'm sure he worked extra hard on avoiding it...and everyone over reacted to Tiger...I'm as stupid as everyone else...but I try to learn...
You can't make money gambling laying more than -130 juice over the long run...and looking ahead vs. at the moment makes you good $..true in Baseball for sure...you could have made a fortune fading Velander this year and popular favs like Denver in the SB...

Your spot on man!!
Over the LONG HAUL....you can't keep playing guys over -130, that's about where I cut it off. -140 is ok, but it's got to be REAL good in my eyes.
Takes some people a long time to relaize that too....I preach it on here all the time!!!
