Tiger Woods. He's back. He shot a -4 66 today, lowest round on the PGA Tour since 2013. He had a hiccup with a double bogey on 15, but follows it up with a birdie on 16, a birdie on 17 and birdied 18th. It was embarrassing watching him at the Open, and I'm sure he felt the same way.
His opponent: Steve Stricker. Solid player back in the day, but now not so relevant. Currently ranked 175th in the Fedex Ranks and 109th in the Official World Golf Ranking. This year his second round scores are 73, 68, 73,72, 75, 70, 76.
Lets just say Tiger has a bad day tomorrow and goes back to how he was playing before his round of 66, Tiger shot second round scores of 69 at the Masters, 71 at the Players and 70 at the US Open(tough conditions).
During his post-interview he said he is playing pain free and thats its "good, real good".
I wouldnt be surprised if Tiger shoots 67 or 68 tomorrow.
