Matsuyama is in good form with 3 straight top 5 finishes, and he's played the last 2 weeks, and played well. Besides the weird Ryder Cup, Stenson hasn't played in a golf tourney in months, and last time he played he had injuries.
Casey ov Sergio
Casey only finished 21st last week, but had a very impressive run before that. 4 straight top 4 finishes. Sergio finished 21st last week, before that 24th and 47th. Paul Casey has upside and a chance to win.
Kaymer ov Reed
Bet against Reed last week because I thought he might be in a post-Ryder Cup funk, and he sure was. Still going to ride that wave. Kayla has a sneaky 2 straight 6th place finishes.
Piercy ov Berger
Berger 51st last week. Pierce has a 2nd and 10th the last 2 weeks. Riding Piercy's hot hand. And if there's anyone that knows how to ride a hot Piercy...it's me.

good luck, alangrrbs. some interesting "to win" long shots this week Alex Noren @ 50-1 I really expected his odds to be much lower. three time winner on Euro Tour this season. British Masters [-18] just two weeks ago, Omega Masters [-17] & Scottish Open [-14]. SHOULD have been selected for the Euro Ryder Cup team instead of some of the "slugs" Captain Darren Clarke had like Chris Wood and the "Matthew Mouse" Fitzpatrick. I can NOT understand Alex being a +135 underdog in his tourney match play vs Matt Kuchar and -110 1st round vs Emiliano Grillo
Richard Bland @ 150-1 Richie been "wicked close" with top 7 finishes 4 of his last 6 tourneys and top 20 the other two. Tyrrell Hatton (@ 70-1 this week) finally made his "breakthrough" @ the Alfred Dunhill Links and it could be Richie's turn. Haotong Li @ 200-1 was T-3rd [-15] last year end of 3rd round BUT shot [even] final round to finishing T-7th [-15]. he WON the Volvo China Open in Beijing later that season [-22] with a final round [-8] to come from 2 shots back of the 3rd round leaders and win by 3 shots. he and the other "Chi-Com's" are playing on their "home field"
Jeunghun Wang @ 250-1 the Korean WON Mauritius Open & Trophée Hassan back-to-back and 2nd Hero Indian Open
Ashun Wu @ 500-1 another "Chi-Com" WON Lyoness Open [-13]

interesting "favorite", "form horse" and "wild card" picks from the scribes at the Euro Tour web site >>> https://www.europeantour.com/myeuropeantour/fantasy-golf/fantasy-three-watch-china/ Haotong Li is their "wild card" for about the same reasons I mentioned

Berger tied for the lead. Piercy in last place. You can't go just anywhere and get professional handicapping like me, folks. You're welcome.
I find that unreal. I thought Scott Piercy had "found his game" after his T3rd @ the Safeway Open. I am tempted to chance him +150 over Danial Berger 2nd round for a "bounce back"
and I can NOT believe Rikard Karlberg shoots a 9 birdie 1 bogie [-8] for the 1st round lead. the guy has been "cut bait" or a bottom feeder just about the whole season. ONLY place he made any "noise" was a T-2nd @ BMW PGA Championship back in late May

Hang in there bud......my three balls are in the process of tanking and Bland dropped his ball on his coin incurring a penalty on his second hole.
It'll be interesting to see what the lines look like tomorrow. Does Matsuyama run away or come back......we shall see.
