I remember watching this event so many times back in the day with one of my favorites Steve Stricker winning it 3 years in a row. Fit his strengths well of a nice ball striking course with a hot putter taking the tourney. That being said hopefully he shows a little rust this week
Pretty weak field and have around 40-50 guys in the 10-1 to 50-1 range. I like guys like Harmon and Henley if they are hitting it well but not at current odds. Have a number of decent ball strikers in the field. Frittelli, Kim and DeChambeau are the past 3 winners from 2017-19 and no tourney last year. Frittelli was around 90-1 range, Kim 200-1+ range and DeChambeau 50/1 range. DeChambeau first tour win was here in 2017. Before that you had horse for the course guys like Ryan Moore 20/1 range and Spieth 4/1 win it. I tend to balance my plays out but am playing all longshots this week. Mainly play 1st Round Leader but throwing all of these guys in for that and Outright Win. BOL
