Walker, it appears, is on his Ryder Cup hangover just like Patrick Reed. He finished +18 last week. That was 41 shots off the lead. I'll repeat that. That was 41 shots off the lead. McDowell has gotten better each of the last 3 tourneys. 42nd, 15th, 4th.
Ben Crane ov DeChambeau
Loved betting against DeChambeau this season and his cute little hat. He put on quite the show at the Masters, and then became a cash cow to fade. Let's stick to it. 5 out of the last 6 tourney's he's played in have been an MC or a WD. Crane isn't lighting the world on fire, but he finished 23rd last tourney.
Molinari ov Piercy
Sometimes we, as bettors, can get fooled by some things. I fell victim to this last week. Piercy had two good weeks, and so I bought in. I failed to realize that what separates the average golfers from the good ones is consistency. Before his two great tourneys, Piercy wasn't breaking the top 20. Last week was the perfect week to fade him because the two great tourneys were outliers. What did he do last week? Finished +8. Give me the consistent, and well-dressed Francesco Molinari on a course where Molinari should be hitting the fairway consistently on a short course leaving him shorter approaches into the flat greens all day.
Ryan Moore ov John Rahm
Ryan Moore is not in the post Ryder Cup hangover as evident by his 2 straight top 25 finishes. This course is made for him. Easy greens, and low scoring expected, I think Moore contends for the win. Rahm hasn't played a ton recently..I love Moore here.
