I think he makes the cut, but I don´t think you will be getting the right odds. Tiger is priced the same as Adam Scott. I am 90% sure Scott makes the cut, but I am not 90% sure that Tiger makes it.
However, this is his course. A course that forgives Tiger´s biggest flaw throughout his career (driving accuracy), and rewards Tiger´s biggest strength (accuracy with the irons). He arrives in terrible form, but he is clearly still better suited for this course than half the field, despite his form. If you have followed him recently, his problem is he has no control with the driver, and he seems to have forgotten how to make a putt outside of 6ft. Those two things don´t matter that much at the Masters.

Because hes Tiger mother freaking Woods. He can miss cutt on every tourney but the Masters he always shows up. Hence the -180 to make cutt, too much juice
