Great for the kids though. I mean from New Orleans to Panama City...this could be the only time in their lives they see accumulating snow. |

Vegas is a turnaround game I believe. They just lost to the notes in OT and kind of makes it an immediate payback game??
They were snowboarding down the Ravenal Bridge over Charleston Harbor yesterday. Quite a sight.

OK weeble...that Sens game may be the kind of win that turns it around for you. I sat here and watched them score 2 with the goalie pulled to get to OT and then survive several Bruins chances in the extra session to get the W. Luckily I didnt get trapped with a B's play at + money. Good luck the rest of the way.

I put 2 units on their season total O77.5. They were mauled by injuries early but when they are healthy they can score. Caufield really breaking out. Its not easy at all to sweep the Florida trip not to mention grinding out late wins in Vegas and Denver. Cold weather up here my man but no snow on the ground although we did have a nice white Christmas.

That Florida line looks stinky to me. I would have thought they would be about -160.

This post is Boo approved.
But we are not surprised. We have seen them do this several times in 2nd halfs this season but yeah abhorrent play calling.

Ideology / religion very powerful tools of influence especially if this guy was struggling financially or PTSD after the Army. Gotta wait though to see what this guy has been into over the past several years.

But in all seriousness...you gotta sweep the whole area to be sure. You always err on the side of caution. Could you imagine going ahead with the game and a vest is detonated in front of the stadium. They are going to push the secure perimeter further away from the Superdome for tomorrow night's entry and increase surveillance. No threat can be totally eliminated but it can sure be reduced.

It's a sad day when some in this forum advocate walking through the blood and dead bodies to attend a football game that is within 1 mile of the terror attack. The whole area needs a thorough sweep so that we avoid a potential 2nd incident which could kill more innocent people. Most of you will still be alive tomorrow to hit the submit button to place a wager. Unfortunately...at least 10 sons and daughters wont be.

Anyone who blames another for a lost wager absolutely deserves to lose their entire bankroll. How about manning up...doing your own capping and taking responsibility for your own wagers and money management. No one is holding a loaded pistol to your head forcing you to hit the submit button. If you can't handle the heat...maybe gardening or birdwatching would be more your speed.

@icemantbi I think there is plenty of talent on the roster it is an organizational problem. The message from the organization is not a winning one. They are obviously not getting the most out of their players year after year after year. They need to totally shake things up with a Tortz type of coach. Work these players into the ground and hold them accountable. Some benchings are in order IMO. Mostly my thread is an indictment of the organization bringing in Ruff to try to restore a historic good feel to the losing that has apparently become acceptable in Buffalo.

Does anyone know how long they signed a recycled Lindy Ruff for who was horrid with a terrific Devils roster ( outside of goaltending ). This organization should be donated to Quebec City. The number of high draft picks year after year and total ineptitude astounds me. If they go down tonight I think it is 11 in a row.

This Buffalo team just surprises me every year. They have a roster that you would think would get them around if not into the playoffs but they continue to be missing something. Hiring Lindy Ruff was one of the most idiotic moves I have seen in recent years. Trying to recapture past glory with a guy that was a disaster with the Pitchforks. It seems any way I play these guys I lose so I am staying away. But I wish you good luck Jab.

I think the Pens may take it tonight but I am wrapped up in college football so if I play it it will be small.

This is a really bad post. You should be doing your own homework instead of blaming others.

Florida had lost 5 of 6 coming into that game and were not scoring. Taking a struggling team at -175 is dangerous. The great and extremely missed Lippsman would tell you absolutely never bet an NHL line above -140. If you like that team...parlay it or play the -1 or puck line to reduce juice. Caps are smoking hot early this season and are overachieving only according to the pre-season prognosticators. They seem to have gelled as a team and play a pretty heavy game themselves. I don't think the line itself is the problem. Upsets in the NHL are a daily occurrence. Good luck.
