The seriously good cappers, or those known as quants—people who use computer forecasting to cap games and lay 5-digit sums on every single game—they don't have the time or inclination to post on forums. Neither do they turn tout. They keep their systems to themselves, bet indirectly using agents to avoid attracting the books' attention, and hope that the whole circus of Squares Paying Sharps goes ad infinitum. Touts are nothing more than scammers who sell two sides of a game every game, so that in every case there are winners—tools who believe that the picks of these "experts" are worth paying for. There are plenty of airhead "experts" on Covers and other betting forums; one doesn't need to go out and pay for their picks.
