I got caught by the Titans last week and Gold Coast this week. I was confident with Melbourne at the line and had WCE at the line and ML in some bets.  

I think there's too much volatility this year. I'm going to take a break. Good luck everyone.

Not doing well. I must have jinxed Melbourne.

Another big bet with WCE -31.5. If this loses, I'm waiting a month until the format gets back to normal. 

Don't think Adelaide will be as bad as the bookies think. Nothing really stands out tomorrow. 

If I win, I think I'll hold until Tigers demolish Hawks next round.

Hesitated but on Melb -41.5 at quarter time 

Brissy to win control the game. Freo won’t kick a winning score. Brissy at home are usually great scoring but weren’t good against the Hawks. 

I like Melb and the over. 

That Adelaide game should be good. Would have to grab the points at the line because these games are usually close.

WCE are bigger, stronger and just better. Suns at home can be ok in greasy afternoon conditions but this one shouldn’t be close.

First big bet of the season... Bris -22.5

Well I didn’t read the Friday night well.

High scoring first quarter and Danger not near the ball.

So the reduced time in quarters creates some value, especially with disposals and fantasy markets. The best players are going to still get their time and possession, albeit slightly lower but I think the bookies are calculating it evenly so the better players show value.

FRIDAY NIGHT

Jaeger out tonight creates value for Worpel, Sheils and Wingard.

I'm already on Danger over 22.5 possessions. (small)

I can't see Hawks kicking a big score. Their Brissy game was set up by the mids kicking goals. I see the Cats winning by about 20 at home with all the key forwards struggling. The only risk to the Danger possies is if he ends up staying forward to get some scores on the board.

I'm already looking to take Richmond at the line next week. They rarely have that midfield play so bad for 2 weeks in a row.

"Scattered Thunderstorms" in Brissy on Saturday. Brissy are the more talented team and at home. I like it but I'm going to check the weather and probably play the line just before the bounce.  

 Nice pick. 

Jack didn't score from 35 out. Wow. I don't think he's going to sleep well tonight.

Tomorrow night is at the Cattery. If it was the MCG, I would be with you on the under. The total has dropped slightly and in good weather. Leaning Cats. If the Cats lock down on Wingard and Worpel, it will go under.

It’s just great to have footy back.

Tigers were sluggish but they rarely play a full game like that. Jack wasn’t sighted but the Tigers aren’t getting their hands on it. Prestia, Dusty and Pickett should start in the midfield after halftime to try and spark something.

Should be a great second half. 

GL. The tigers were great for the first half in Round 1 and then stopped caring.

It's going to be a good game. I'm not expecting Collingwood to win but it might be low scoring. Both teams are excellent defensively.

Grundy will run rings around Soldo.

Really like the Raiders -2.5, Tigers -2.5 and Bulldogs +7.5. Today's games are less predictable for me.
