Been away from posting for a number of years, like your thoughts on Mich St -12....

My thinking, they need to start working harder to get out of somewhat of a scoring rut with the tourney less than a month away....

KC w/Junis (2 units) - another hot pitcher but not so hot of a team....but in KC

Balt w/Alex Cobb (1 unit)..... who is making his season debut, 5-1 @ Fenway w/3.64 ERA. Sox Velazquez, 1st star since 4/1, 2 relief appearances since (all 3 vs TB) giving up 2 ERs in 2 inn stint on the 8th. Os bats ready to get hot....

(1 - 2) Now that we area couple of weeks into the season and had a chance to get a little familiarwith the make-up of teams,  it's time...

Pitts w/Taillion ml (3 units)..... Bucs haven't lost w straight this year and they have their hottest pitcher (1,26 ERA, 1 hit shutout last game) vs a somewhat depleted Marlins team

K.C. w/Junis (2 units)....another hot pitcher (2-0, 0.00 ERA allowing but 4 hits in 14 inns), even though the Royals are 3-9, they're at home and they have their stopper on the hill. Angels Garrett hasn't gotten past 5.1 inns in 3 starts....

O's w/ Cobb (1 unit).... Cobb makes his 1st start of season @ Fenway where he's 5-1, w/3.64 ERA. I think if he can give them 7 strong and get it to Brach, who hasn't given up a run in last 6 outings  The Sox starter, Velazquez, hasn't started a game since 1 Apr, but had 2 relief appearances (all 3 appearNces ) vs TB, on the 5th & 8th, and allowing 2 ERs in 2 inns on the 8th (8.2 inns total this season). Think it's time for O's hitters to break out....

Needed about 10 days to get my team bearings straight on the new season.....hopefully ready

Today....,only 1 game....

Rockies w/Gray.....Rockies won 3 of 4 in San Diego, now back at home, Gray is 5-2 in 11 starts vs the Padres, 2.15 ERA and shut them out for 7 inns on 4 hits w/11ks in his 1st start on the season. Coors field hasn't been kind to the Padres Richards, 1-5 in 9 starts w/8.82 ERA....

San Fran - No. Texas over 143.5 - both teams shot under 40% after a 4 and 5day layoff and with No. Texas back at home, expect the Green Machine to go at an uptempo and the Dons with need to keep pace....

No. Colorado -10, won 4 of 5 post season conference tourney and CIT....4 win....s have been by an avg of 17 pts, lone loss in the conference tourney final to Montana by 2.

Also, leaning toward UIC +5, the have won their last 7 as a road team (tourney neutral site game not incliuded). This may be a last minute play,still not sure.
