Lakers in 5. Boston has NO bench. Lakers will run them out of the building. Lakers faced much harder competion these playoffs. Utah was the toughest team they faced because of Deron Williams. Celtics have no pointguard. Thats the key to this series. I think the Lakers win though, but it is ALL because of Kobe. It has nothing to do with either teams point guard. Lakers in 6. |

And to compare Florida to KC and Colorado is even more retarded than my prediction that the Marlins win. Your plays were smart though, and congrats on the profit. I will probably be doing the same thing with two early games tomorrow going with Baltimore and Cincy at home getting plus money against two bad road teams. As long as one wins you profit. |

St Louis Cardinals -130 (Chacon/Looper)
St Louis is a tough team to beat at home and although these two pitchers met earlier this year with Houston winning it wasn't because of Looper. He pitched 7 great innings allowing only 3 base-runners , but Izzy blew the save in the 9th giving up 3 runs to lose the game 3-2. In two outings against the Astros this season he has averaged around 14 pitches per inning, which is a good number that will allow him to go deep into the game. Chacon is around the same number averaging close to 15.5 pitches per inning in two starts agains the Cards this season. His WHIP on the road is close to 1.50 (although so is Loopers at home) and although he has no decisions on the road yet this season, Houston's record when he starts away from home is 2-4. The stats for these two pitchers are actually very even, but I still trust Looper more and I love getting the Cards at home for a cheap price.
If you guys are looking for the best rule to make money betting baseball here it is. DON'T BET ROAD TEAMS.
POD's are now 2-0 hitting with two straight home dogs, and looking to make it three in a row tomorrow. Cards win tomorrow, don't pass this gem up.

Another winner.
To Denail, I wasn't calling Webb overrated at all, but he shouldn't be a favorite @ Atlanta. Webb has been a better pitcher this year, but I was just saying his results aren't that much better than those of Jurrjens, and remember Webb faces MUCH easier lineups on a regular basis than Jurrjens does. The Giants, Padres, Dodgers and Rockies make up most of his opponents and I wouldn't say any of them have good lineups this year.

Atlanta Braves +110 (Webb/Jurrjens)
Hit with Pittsburgh yesterday and although it might have seemed lucky that they pulled it off they outplayed the Cubs the whole game, but just couldn't capaitalize with runners on base. The reason I love this play is Webb is getting WAY too much respect. Why the hell is Arizona (below .500 winning % on the road) a favorite @ Atlanta (.750 winning % at home)?! The obvious answer would be Brandon Webb is the reason, but has he really been that much better than Jurrjens this season? The answer is no. The only real major difference is their W/L records. Jair Jurrgens actually has a better ERA than Webb this season (only by 0.05, but still better).
Don't be one of the suckers taking a bad line because of name value, be one of the sharps realizing a flawed line and take the value with the better team getting money at home.

Your the idiot if you think that dumbfuck So what if Soriano can't play the field well, either can Manny and he is one of the best players in the game. Chicago wouldn't of even been in that game if Soriano didn't hit that HR eariler so anyone that is blaming that loss on Soriano is an idiot. I give you a gold star for the comeback though, very nicely done. |

Best left fielder in Chicago. He is good though and I bet Arizona is regretting getting rid of him. He should probably go to the all star game this year. |

Both New York teams suck this year, but the Mets have a better chance to comeback because they play in a weaker division. Neither team will make the playoffs though.
Rays for the World Series.

What do you mean my record would be XXX if I was betting 1 unit? I'm not betting 1 unit and anyone with a proven track record who only bets 1 unit is an absolute idiot. I could easily justify betting 3-4 units in which case I would be up way more, but I'm obviously not doing that. All you and some other haters have on me these days are my totals. Get over it. They sucked. I admit this. That's why I stopped playing them. And rest assured, I will add these back to my record pretty soon. I wanted to pad my regular wins a little bit. God forbid. I respect all the cappers here and so should everyone else. At the end of the season you will see that I will be as good if not better than anyone else. This is not cockiness, it is reality. Only I know how successful my plays are so I can say this. And you are in no position to deny it given my success thus far. If someone is a flat better (not the real definition as vanzack pointed out, but what people call flat betting here) they should ALWAYS bet 1 unit per game. If you're betting 2 units a game why not just raise the amount of your units to what would be 2 units? If that is your general bet amount for every game that should be a unit, not 2 units. Someone could easily say they bet 10 units a game and be up 80 units right now...but would that be so great? Sure, they are still making money and that's nothing to laugh at, but really they have made 8 units. I hope you get the point here because it's not very complicated. Why do you care about pading wins so much? The fact is you were down money and embarrassed about it because for some reason you want everybody tailing you, and knew that nobody would tail a capper in the red. And no, it is cockiness. GL with your plays though.. |

Pittsburgh Pirates +123 (Maholm/Lilly)
Cubs are under .500 on the road and the Pirates are above .500 at home, meaning they shouldn't be getting plus money here. Maholm is a COMPLETELY different pitcher at home (2-1, 2.76 ERA, 1.16 WHIP) than he is on the road (0-4, 8.57 ERA, 2.19 WHIP). Meanwhile Lilly has struggled on the road this season (2-2, 5.81 ERA, 1.40 WHIP).
Pittsburgh is an underrated team and doesn't deserve to be a dog at home against a team that struggles away from home. This line is 100% due to public perception, and not because of the actual teams on the field. The fact that the public is already over 80% on the Cubs and the line has gone down slightly at 5dimes makes me like this play that much more. This will probably be a big play for me. Take Pittsburgh at home and cash in. Simple as that.

You are an idiot. You just received the play for free from a top of the line capper and you are complaining? It's a $50 pick only if that's all you can afford. |

Scintillating Sunday picks 05/18 (Burglars just broke in to steal my picks but you get them free)
in MLB Betting Why are you so upset about the amount of people that post in your thread? Is it really that big of deal? Dsn has been by far the best on this site for baseball picks and you get more views and posts then him. I really don't understand why it matters to people. As long as I'm making money I would be happy about that. BOL today.

13 or 14 wins this year is my guess. They are still the cream of the crop. Hopefully one of those losses are against my Dolphins though. |

I like six plays there.
Dolphins over 4.5...5-11 or 6-10
Oakland under 5....3-13
Green Bay under 9.5....8-8
Eagles over 8.5....10-6
Panthers over 8.5....10-6
Ravens under 7....5-11
Carolina and Miami are my favorite plays there. Carolina should win their division with Delholmme back, and my Dolphins have an incredibly easy schedule. Two games against the Jets and Bills, @ Arizona, @ KC, @ St Louis, @ Houston, vs Oakland, vs SF, vs Baltimore, and vs Seattle. All games are winnable.

Patriot haters disappointed, Goodell says "No new violations" or words to that effect.
in NFL Betting I'm glad. Now maybe we call all put this behind us. I may hate the Pats, but I would never take away from what that organization has accomplished.

I get what you're saying about Melo, but I already slid him down a bit because of just that. If it was PURELY talent, he would be 3 after James and Howard.
