 Impressive run. I must have been under a rock as I missed every play except the final over 2 sets wta play. My book didn't offer that market so I took a player plus 1.5 sets, so I won the bet but the juice was way less friendly than +140. 100% on me, just getting real.

Post another 4 plays, and if 3 hit, I will join your discord for a spell assuming reasonable rates.

Not much downside with the free marketing and promotion. No worries if that's not your style - just disregard and keep crushing the book.

Not normal. You should be able to place another wager with the bonus funds if the bet pushed, unless the rules in the bonus fund section state otherwise. And if that is the case, run quickly from that shady ass book. Just my read.

I had Sabalenka and was thinking the same thing... only thing more ridiculous would be 6-0 5-0 only to lose 6-0 5-7 0-6 for 13 consecutive games... but hot damn, this is some rare air.

Then again, only in WTA match.

Tomorrow may buy me a lottery ticket, will be a while before a repeat perfomance comebacker like that.

The entertaining part about this response is that this is indeed a singles match, with the first name and last names of the opponents listed. So while it looks like 4 names suggesting doubles....

Probably a tight match. I lean Djere but both are playing well and either could take it.

Interesting perspective.

She won her first slam at age 17 and has been full on beast mode winning titles the better part of the past 20 years. There may be 1-2 others in the conversation, but very few females spanned the same career length and none with comparable success/hardware.

That said, she is hands-down one of the worst losers in the game as an elite player and such an ambassador for the sport - most especially in the past 5 years. And yes, this includes bogus medical timeouts, etc.

I believe she was giving everything she had when she came back from the injury... but remembered that she now wears a perma-backpack as her figure, and once she gets momentum in one direction - its amazing somehow she stays on the court. Aza just started to play opposite Serena's momentum and her whale-like agility made it impossible for her to stay relevant in points.

No way she through the match though, and yes, the medical timeout was questionable - but nothing new for her (or the sport as a whole).

Were she in dominant shape the past 5 years, she could have easily snatched another 3-4 titles.

A part of me was expecting her to really pull a sore loser and withdraw due to injury late in the 3rd set, so I'm glad to see her play it out.

Props to Aza for shaking off a 6-1 first set and dialing her game up a notch to snare set #2 and #3.
