For example, 500K public money is on so called Bears pk over Denver. Let's say a well known sharp comes in and bets 150K on Denver pk. Will Vegas move the line to the Bears to try to get equal money, or could they side with the Sharp and move the line towards Denver, such as Denver -2?

Can someone explain the mathematical model for this?  Anaheim has the possibility of 4 homes games so they would be favored 4 of a possible 7 times, yet Chicago is the favorite to win the series.  Thanks.

Are you kidding me with this line?  You would think they are playing last years Kings or something.  I've told everyone on here that the Blackhawks have a decent shot of missing the playoffs this year.  They are just not a very good team anymore and coach Q's act has gone stale.
