created a topic Stay Away From 5dimes.com in Gaming Industry - US Log into my account today to find my $450 balance was gone. I check past wagers and see that none were placed. Then I checked the third party poker site that is offered by 5dimes, and find that all my funds were transferred to this poker site and were lost in over 100 heads up tournaments to the same person. I contact customer support today, and not only are they rude, irresponsibly, disrespectful, but they also accuse me of lying. This is not a website that you want to put your money on. You are now chatting with 'Becky' Becky: Greetings, I'm the Operations Manager David Norton: hello David Norton: first of all, I would like to start by saying that I am extremely disappointed with your customer service representative, who was very rude and unhelpful Becky: he seemed honest to me, not rude at all, but ignorant people tend to interpret honesty as rudeness David Norton: second of all, I had $455 dollars in my 5dimes acocunt, and I logged in today to find my balance at 0.
