@Bridge1 And should i forget before the National Championship game, thanks for all you do before the season with your pre-season futures bets, in season handicapping and post season. I have been following you for a few years now since we got sports betting in Maryland and you are one of the few here that I follow. I may not always agree with you but at least you take the time to post WHY you are choosing a bet rather than 90% of the guys here who just post without any context or reason as to why. I imagine you put in a lot of home work and watch/study/read a lot on these teams and games and I for one appreciate the work. I hope you have a good off season and best of luck in the semi final and final games and in the NFL if you dabble there. Thanks again. |

@Bridge1 BOOM BRIDGE...i wouldn't have thought of this unless i read your post. I tailed you for a very small amount but happy i did. Montana St at the moment cannot bring any pressure to NDSU QB which means a long night for them. Game isn't over but great start for NDSU. |

This is not to be a bad comment on you personally BUT you are exactly the type of player than Vegas makes money off of. You (and I suspect many of us probably including myself to some degree) are getting pulled in by the "recency" factor where we see how well Ohio State has played in the first two games and assume that they will continue to do so against Texas. All of us who have gambled for decades know that while it is some sort of predictive and determining factor past performances are not solely going to dictate the next result. So many factors go into a game. Should Ohio St beat Texas....sure, it seems like they should. Will they? That's another question. I would temper your judgment just a tad......

The way the early games went where the teams who needed to win had a hard time doing so got to make one nervous about betting the late games although not as much at stake for the late games. I mean Washington, Green Bay and Tampa all sleep walked most of their games coming to live only in 2nd half. If that trend continues in the late games it may mean Broncos and Dolphins struggle, right? |

I got confirmation that he will slide Baker 100K if he hits his receptions and yards to get his incentives. I also got confirmation that he told Baker he will slip him another 100K if he gets 2 TDs....yes, good confirmation. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL |

@clark17 If we (I am a Skins fan) we fall to 7th seed, we play Eagles. The consensus around here (DMV - DC, MD, VA) is that we want to avoid the Eagles as they would have revenge on their minds since we knocked Hurts out of the last game and came back and beat them on the last play. If we remain as the 6th seed we have two options depending on today's games and results...we could either travel to LA and play the Rams or we travel to Tampa Bay and play the Bus. At the moment it looks like IF we remain as the 6th seed we would travel to LA. While I am very nervous with all the above scenarios Skins fans are just happy to be back in the playoffs and hope we sustain no injuries today v the Cowgirls. |

Unless I cannot read a map, can someone tell me which West Coast teams are playing at 1 pm today? And the only warm weather team playing in the cold today is Miami at Jets? Ok, on to the next post. |

In hindsight, the proper play was betting the Under knowing that Michigan's offense would suck, it did and Michigan's strength was their defense and that in certain games during the season Bama's offense struggled some. That's hindsight... but i do agree that other than the playoff games the other bowl games are just getting so difficult to handicap. Perhaps it is time for us to turn to college bball for those of us who like other sports. |

Hate that we don't have any bad weather to muck up these football games. Fudge. Ok, here is my parlay: Alabama... -9.5 FH...people are going against this and from what i can tell more people are going with michigan first half and then expecting them to be blown out full game and second half. I think the opposite. I think Bama comes out firing and then coast in 2nd half. Under 50.5 in Louisville Washington game...Cards without their QB, some ugly Washington offense makes for low scoring Baylor -3.5...this is going to be a shootout but Baylor finished the season strong and i think their coach will try to finish it full season on the upbeat. LSU going to sit and reflect. SC v Illinois....don't know what to do here really but expect ground and pound from Gamecocks. Maybe a shot on the over 50 Penn State -11 will try to pile on in scoring against Boise State to finally show the committee why they were wrong Good luck, enjoy the games and GO WASHINGTON CAPS

All right, i like weather factors and all of you on here tell me all the time that the only weather factor that is important is the WIND. well, ok, we have winds at 15-20 mph and rain from time to time during the Buffalo - Jets game. Over under is 44.5 . Jets offense is anemic; If the Bills go up they might start coasting. Let's take a shot at the under in not so ideal conditions....just me, and just my opinion. |

Is it me or.... Does it seem like a lot of the bowl games are going over? Does it seem like the refs are stinking up the games with some bad calls? Does it seem like it really doesn't matter what team has players transferring or playing for the first time, they are still performing well aka covering? Does it seem like the ACC is getting their a&* handed to them...they are 1-5 so far and we have 5 ACC teams playing today? Does it seem that despite what has been said, some kids actually enjoy playing in these bowl games? Does it seem that no matter where on the field 4th down is they are going for it so it benefits scoring points more..if they get it great and if they don't the other team has good field position Does it seem that the same commercials are being played every game...i cannot get the damn "BK Burger" jingle out of my head...YOU RULE? |

I told you that weather will be a factor in this game ..........LOL.......the rain is not supposed to stop until around 8:15. The lightning or at least the threat of it will continue for next hour. There is a good chance with the way the score is that they "might" call this game which may mean you better check your book rules on called games. Most books will void all full game bets. |

@AJ86 Thanks buddy. Most of these bowl games look like they are going over....Navy one would as well if OK didn't go for the 2 point. |

@AJ86 I do and it says "rain over the next several hours" but if you look at the radar it shows as though it is moving off SO my post was to ask someone who lives there what does it look like? I get the tone of your message but.....it is mighty nice to come on and post your sarcastic remark. |

I live in the DC, MD and VA (DMV) area and we have been buoyed this year with a good Capitals and Redskins team and even the Maryland Terps are doing well but oh boy the Wizards may well set the NBA record for the most losses in a season but they did pull out a win last night against the Denver Nuggets. There is still hope.... Let's Go Wiz! |

@Tarheels85 - i am a big weather buff and how it affects games. To say the least i have been quite disappointed in not having bad weather all this season LOL LOL. I used two weather apps and while it is cold (it is always cold in Ohio and Michigan this time of the year) i don't see any real rain...i see winds about 10-13 mph but nothing really crazy and in the MAC they are used to this weather. Anyhow, while it is cold i dont see any real impactful rain or wind. |
